Job Title: Panel Beater / Coachmaker (x3)

Line Manager: Commercial Engineering Services Manager

Department: Coachworks

Location: Falcon, Hayes

Job Summary: As part of the defined refurbishment process, the requirement is to undertake body repairs on a fleet of buses.

Main Responsibilities: The panel beater will work in a team, to repair and replace the required section of the body work of a bus after the work has initially been estimated. This will entail filler & fibre glass work, replacing aluminium panels & fibreglass bumpers.

Essential Criteria: Vast experience in panel beating or coach making. Excellent quality finish with filler work. Being able to work at a fast pace.

Competencies and Skills: Ability to work in a professional manner, prioritise own workload to meet requirements, ability to work within a team, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
