Our engineering services function can provide annual servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, fire suppression, CCTV and hearing induction loop systems for over 2000 buses, where we are also the preferred contractor for the UK’s leading fire suppression company.


Located just outside of London in Iver, Buckinghamshire, our Coachworks and Engineering Facility is easily accessible and provides air conditioning, fire suppression, and hearing induction loop services.

Falcon Coachworks is a bespoke vehicle refurbishment centre for the PSV industry based in Iver.

We are currently looking for experienced, ambitious and innovative individuals for the following 3 roles:

BODY SHOP FITTERS

“We are currently looking for body shop fitters, for the stripping and refitting of exterior body work, and also the stripping and replacement of interior floors and seats.

The successful candidate must have relevant experience as a fitter, preferably in an automotive body shop or other commercial environments, and must be able to demonstrate a good quality of finish in their workmanship. The refurbishment program is very process driven, so the ability to work at a fast pace is essential. All air and power tools are provided by the company, where the candidate must be very proficient with their use as a pre-requisite.

You will work a basic of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 15:00, where a competitive salary is on offer.”

AIR CONDITONING ENGINEER

Experienced in the installation, maintenance and repair of the varying air/chill conditioning systems in various PSV platforms.

The compulsory & professional standards of service are to be adhered to and maintained in all relevant areas of the operation.

It is a field based role so having a valid driving license is required. The team of engineers currently operate across 15 depots in the North West of London, where a company van and fuel card will be provided. In-house training will also be provided to the successful candidate.

Must hold FGAS qualification and have a valid UK driving license as a pre-requisite

BODY SHOP COACH MAKER / PANEL BEATER

“We are currently looking for coachmakers or panel beaters, ideally from within the PSV industry but not a pre-requisite, but significant experience in an automotive body shop or other commercial environments is required for the repair and replacement of aluminium body work and fibre glass panels across a fleet of single and double decker buses.

The successful candidate must have relevant experience and be able to demonstrate a good quality of finish at a good pace of work. The refurbishment centre is very process driven, so the ability to work at a fast pace is essential.  All air and power tools are provided by the company, where the candidate must be very proficient with their use as a pre-requisite.
